could you please clarify what you mean by question?
Naively, you could scroll through the BOLD signal images measured in fMRI e.g. using fslview. But I think it is very unlikely that you mean this?
However, there are some possibilities to visualize image time series for instance to colour regions of interest or clusters...
There is a cool visualisation software I used for such purposes (Arivis Vision 4D) but this software costs 5000 Euros :( (A trial version can be downloaded here after registration: http://vision.arivis.com/en/arivis-Vision4D )
Alternatively you could use FSL tools (fslslice/ fslsplit) or Matlab scripts to extract a particular slice from your nifti files and to convert them to a 'conventional' image format (png or jpeg). Then you can go on with ImageMagick or FFmpeg (or using similar software) to generate animated GIF files or videos from the images.
