Hello FSL Experts,
I have a contrast that exists in some runs but not in others. I understand that in the second level, you would have to process these contrasts separately with only runs that contain these copes. However, my question is how can I line up copes to be the same value in the first level if the runs that have those contrasts may be missing other contrasts?
For example:
run01 - has congruent correct, incongruent correct, no incongruent errors, but congruent errors
run02 - has congruent correct, incongruent correct, incongruent errors and congruent errors
When I model them,
run01 has let's say 4 contrasts, but contrast 03 involves congruent errors
run02 has 4 contrasts but congruent errors fall under contrast 04
Is there a way to make sure these copes align by forcing FSL to model a fake EV for run01 (so that both run01 and run02 have congruent errors fall under cope 04)? It doesn't work to switch incongruent and congruent error order, because in other runs it may be the reverse set-up.
Thanks for any help,
Danielle
