Dear Experts,
I am still new in using the program. But i wanted to do the feat in seperate steps, mainly having the preprocessing (step 1) separate from the stats/poststats (step 2) and also integrating a different registration method and doing that in a 3rd step. i think that is something that makes sense, so i was a bit surprised not to find more info on the web on that.
But i basically managed to set it up and have it scripted, by setting up the full analysis feat design file, then choosing the computations to be done for the steps and changing the input to the feat directory for step 2.
this all worked well, but i did not manage to write the output into the same feat directory. if i choose the "For full FEAT analysis: overwrite existing .feat output dir?, yes" i got an error in the stats section (see below). if i don't overwrite, it creates a new folder.
i thought it is probably not a problem to just have two separate feat directories for these two steps and using the second one as the input for the group stats. But now i saw, that the movement regressors were not integrated into the design matrix.
i guess i could just copy over the mc folder after the first step, but that seems a bit cumbersome/not a nice solution.
what would be the optimal approach to this? Also with regards to the reg step and 2nd level analysis later on.
Thank you for your help
