I am partially sighted, hold 2 masters degrees (one is an MSc in Social Work) and I have no job!
Nearly every organization in the UK claims to be an 'equal opportunity' employer, and yet the moment they see you have a 'disability' you are simply passed over.
Who will save the 'disabled' person in this tough tough world?
To make matters 'worse' I am black!
