Many thanks for your response... actually we have taken the low-tech approach and re-worked our csv backup then simply uploaded that to recreate the data.

I've not seen a response to your enquiry on this list, so thought I would reply by saying that I think the link you refer to is for updating between versions of WebPA 1, and does not relate to WebPA 2.
When converting the code from WebPA 1 to WebPA 2 I did write a script to validate the existing WebPA 1 data (check for internal consistency as the database did not include any referential integrity constraints) and generated a set of SQL statements for copying data from the old structure to the new. I am not aware of these being documented or released, but if you're interested I can try to dig out a copy on an "as-is" basis. I suspect the view taken was that there was little value in transferring old data into the new system, so these scripts were not necessary.
