www.e-assessment-question.co.uk
Functional Skills lie at the heart of a broad range of learning and qualifications for underpinning skills. The main theme for this, the 2014 Conference, will concern using e-Assessment for these crucial skills within qualifications and learning programmes, and for the assessment of numeracy, literacy, IT, employability and other “softer” skills.
The e-Assessment Question is the key Conference and Exhibition examining the practical aspects of e-Assessment and Computer Based Assessment and its use from the classroom to the workplace, for both formative and summative assessment.
Speakers this year include representatives from Awarding Organisations, Sector Skills Councils, Professional Bodies and systems and service providers.
The first day will focus on the e-Assessment of skills at the heart of all qualifications and the challenges they raise. Day two will focus on developing solutions to deliver e-Assessment for the delivery of these underpinning skills, including Functional Skills, developing robust, reliable and cost-effective solutions.
Speakers include:
John Kerr – Kerr Consulting
Andrew Pollitt – Cambridge Exam Research (eAA Guest Speaker)
Patrick Craven - City and Guilds
Matt Wingfield - TAG Assessment
Garret Sherry - Prometric
Sarah Bentley – Asset Skills
Martyn Lease – Infinitas Learning
Ivan Coutinho – Pearson Vue
Maureen Emmett – EMSKILLS
John Winkley - AlphaPlus
Bookings may be made for either day or both days of the event, with a discount for Charities, Schools, Colleges, Universities and those in the public sector.
We trust you or one of your colleagues will be able to join us for what will certainly prove to be an invaluable and thought-provoking two days.
