Even if you were using SLAAC, there is still plenty of space within a
single /64 for manual allocation as well, i.e. anything in PREFIX::/104
will never get used by the automatic assignment (which I think is partly
why they put FFFE in the middle of the MAC for SLAAC in the first place).
