Dear Colleagues,
We would like to encourage you to attend the upcoming 2014 Gordon Research
Conference on Atomic & Molecular Interactions, July 13-18, 2014, at
Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts. For full details, please see:
http://www.grc.org/programs.aspx?year=2014&program=atomic. Four hot topic
talks will be chosen from among the poster presenters.
We will also have an AMI Gordon Research Seminar for graduate students and
post-doctoral research associates on July 12-13. This is an excellent
opportunity for young researchers to be introduced to key topics, give
presentations (either oral or poster), and interact with key scientists
regarding career questions. The deadline to be considered for an oral
presentation at the GRS is April 12th! More information for the GRS can
be found at:
http://www.grc.org/programs.aspx?year=2014&program=grs_atomic.
In order to attend these conferences, please apply on the GRC web site.
Note that separate applications are required for the GRC and the GRS. We
anticipate having funds to partially support the registration fees of
graduate student and post-doc attendees, and early application will ensure
consideration for this support.
Please feel free to contact any of us with questions.
Thank you,
Sharon Hammes-Schiffer (Chair, GRC)
Gil Nathanson (Vice-Chair, GRC)
Julia Lehman (Chair, GRS)
Bernadette Broderick (Vice-Chair, GRS)
