Thank you so much Amanda. I am involved in a project which looks at weaving and computer programming and whether children can learn conceptually about the underlying 'language' in an embodied way by weaving with their bodies or whether they use the weaving as an explanatory analogy. No idea if this is relevant but it's nice to link up.
I guess it is making connections between craft in different historical periods but not sure how far we could push this into the realm of heritage. I may be being overly literal though.
