xrootd.esc.qmul.ac.uk didn't have the WAN tune, but does now (I hope).
I've not rebooted as Wahid was running tests, but I believe I've configured it so the tests will stick on a reboot.
It is a VM, so may need things setting on the VM host too (and that would be useful to know actually).

Hi Brian,
Since RAL worker nodes are inside the site firewall, we are testing using a proxy server cluster on the OPN in between the worker nodes and the rest of the world (except RAL CASTOR) for CMS. At one point I tried the same WAN tuning as diskservers, and at the time it seemed to make the performance worse, however this is something that probably needs to be tested again more carefully.
