Hi All,
I am in the market for a water table for heavy accessory mineral (zircon, monazite, etc.) separation, and am wondering if there are any comments on the performance of the different models. I have experience with Wilfley and Gemeni tables, but am curious about other, smaller models (e.g. the Orofino tables made by Angus MacKirk). Given there compact size and low cost they could be a good fit for our lab. Has anybody used these for heavy accessory mineral separation, and if so how's the performance been compared with Wilfleys? Any other functionality or durability issues?
Thanks
