Dear FSL users,
I have a doublt about how to proceed with FDT in MNI standard space. I was looking at the FSL online course (here http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fslcourse/lectures/practicals/fdt/), but I cannot understand this sentence:
Tracking from voxels in MNI152 standard space
you can also specify the seed points in standard space mm. Either linear or nonlinear transformations to standard space can be utilized. In the former case (linear), use standard2diff.mat as a transform and standard as a reference image. In the latter (nonlinear), use standard2diff_warp and diff2standard_warp as transforms and standard as a reference image.
In the provided xfms folder, I can find both diff2standard_warp and standard2diff_warp files. My question is, how can I obtain them on my own data? Are they the result of a fnirt registration of the structural brain into the standard brain? If so, what is what?
Thank you in advance.
Regards,
FT
