Hi Rodrigo,
MRIcron provides your gradient table in the following format
x1 x2 x3... xn
y1 y2 y3... yn
z1 z2 z3... zn
You need to rotate the matrix (either manually, with excel or with matlab) in order to make it readable by diffusion toolkit in the following format.
x1, y1, z1
x2, y2, z2
x3, y3, z3
xn, yn, zn
