Dear all,
I am trying to perform a two-sample test between two groups for a VBM
study using randomise.
My design is as shown in the attached file, the number of subjects in
each group is 50, and my input file contains 100 volumes.
I use the following command:
randomise -i GM_mod_merg_s3.nii.gz -o GM_mod_merg_s3_unpaired -m
GM_mask.nii.gz -d design_unpaired.mat -t design_unpaired.con -e
design_unpaired.grp -n 5000 -T
but Randomise only performs 1 permutation per t-test:

Finished, exiting.
What is going wrong here?
All the best,
Anders
