Annual UK Rasch User Group Meeting
We are pleased to announce that the 8th Annual UK Rasch User Group
Meeting will be held at the University of York on 21 March 2014.
The annual UK Rasch User Group Day is a chance for all Rasch
enthusiasts to meet, discuss and present their work to a UK and
international audience. This year's presentations by representatives
from academia, consultancy and test publishers cover a great variety
of topics ranging from applied to theoretical applications of Rasch
Models in health, education, and engineering.
REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN
Registration for the event (including lunch) is free for the first 50
delegates, thanks to an award from the University of York's Centre for
Chronic Diseases and Disorders (C2D2) which is part-funded by the
Wellcome Trust.
Registration closes on 16 March 2014. There will be a £40 fee per
registrant for those not able to secure a free place, payable on the
day. The meeting will start at 1100 and finish at 1630.
To register please send an email with the title "Registration - Rasch
User Day York" to Wendy Cattle ([log in to unmask]). Please
include dietary preferences in this email if necessary.
LOCATION
The venue will be the Auditorium in the Alcuin Research Resource
Centre (ARRC) on the west campus of York University. You find it on
the interactive University map looking under "Main Buildings" for

The campus may be reached by public transport (a 10 minute journey on
the no. 4 or 44 bus) from York station) or taxi. The destination/stop
is the "Morrell Library" on campus.
