Hello,
just briefly for a few ideas: have you used an absolute threshold in
your statistical analysis? Have you checked that indeed all subjects
have been well-aligned, and that there is no outlier? Have you checked
the mask image, which may be too liberal, and the threshold spm uses for
mask creation?
