for segmentation, you only want to pass one image, i.e., one frame.
However, you could...
... segment each and apply the field individually...
... segment the first and apply it to all others...
... segment the mean and apply it to all...
... derive it from the anatomical and apply it to the functionals...
... derive it from a fieldmap and apply it to the functionals...
or something else that I have not yet mentioned. All of these will
likely work, technically, but which if these will work "better" or
"best", however defined, is the 1.000.000$ question :)
