Hey all,
I have found diffuse significant differences (corrp) between two groups using randomise and am looking to localize these clusters on a standard brain; however, running the "cluster" command with a threshold of 0.95 gives me 1 cluster with about 60,000 voxels...I'd like to say something like "significant differences were found in ___ regions of interest" and show the top 20 clusters by volume.
If anyone could help I would be greatly appreciative!
