Hi Martin, about how to know whether bedpostx is running on the CPU or GPU:
a simple way is to check the file ${subjdir}.bedpostX/commands.txt
If you are using CPU the file will contain:
${FSLDIR}/bin/bedpostx_single_slice.sh etc...
If you are using GPU the file will contain:
${FSLDIR}/bin/xfibres_gpu
Also, if you are using the monitor, CPU version prints:
X slices processed
whereas GPU
X parts processed of Y
CPU divides the dataset into slices, GPU into parts
I think we can make it clearer for the next release (print a message at the beginning).
Thanks,
Moises.
