Of course "no asbestos" has no real basis or meaning in Australia or anywhere else. As with all things Nil response is dependant on your ability and willingness to look.
In Australia, as every where else, the appropriate standard should be the level at which there is an "acceptable" risk. As to what is acceptable is a matter for politicians and lawyers.
In Australia it has been agreed that the soil concentration that represents acceptable risk at the ILCR of 1x10^6 is 0.001%w/w for fibre.
UK has adopted a higher ILCR of 1 x 10^5 but seems unable or unwillinging to go further and propose the soil concentration - politics and lawyers
Cheers David
