We are carrying out some verification of capping soil which comprises the Briton's Lane Sand and Gravel Formation (BGS term) from the Syderstone area of Norfolk.
We are getting consistent arsenic values of 75-86 mg kg-1
Is anyone aware of naturally elevated arsenic in these soils?
The material is from a rural quarry and clearly of homogeneous natural clean aggregate.
Thanks to all
