Hi Dieter,
You can input angles from another package through the input STAR file. You
can then run a auto-refine where the initial angular sampling is for
example 1.8 degrees and the local searches are also done from 1.8 degrees
onwards. Make sure the angular convention of your other package are the
same as in relion (e.g. xmipp, or frealign) or convert them accordingly.
