Analytical Teams – building sustainable and productive relationships
16 & 17 April 2014 at the RSS in London
In today’s society, analysis holds a central position in almost every field. There are greater opportunities for analytical teams to work with their customers, to help them plan and deliver business outputs in an efficient and effective way, and with measurable impact. But how do you ensure that your analytical advice is heard, understood, used and valued. What barriers get in the way of building powerful and productive partnerships and how can they be overcome?
This course will help develop confidence in working with clients at all levels. It will enable participants to raise their profile, extend their skills and make a real difference within their organisation by providing a valuable, effective, tailored service for all of their clients and colleagues.
Each course is tailored to meet the specific needs of the participants. The course is a blend of inputs, exercises, activities and discussion. The course will draw upon the participants’ own experiences and share examples of best practice.
