IIRC you only need a CERN account if you wish to start a Vidyo conference. If
you're invited via a link you can log into the the conference as a guest.
But yes you would probably need a cern account to use the cern vidyoportal say
for example you wanted to test a new setup; that is unless there's a always
online test room that I don't know about.
