As others may have noticed I've done the push of the autotools updates.
If you have a repository that you want to keep (local branches etc.).
Then the following may work, all very destructive so beware:
git pull
./update-modules
git clean -fdx
./clean-modules
You can try:
./clean-modules -f
if that fails, you may need to follow that up by cd'ing into the submodule
directories and cleaning/updating these directly until "git status"
reports all is well.
Now remove the old build tree and finally:
./bootstrap && make configure-deps && ./configure -C && make world
Get back to work. Let me know of any issues (just noticed on myself with a
non-tree reference I'd commited for specwrite).
