I'll have to check my configuration, but I think the standard "require valid-user" was generally sufficient. I'll get back to you on Monday.

Does anyone happen to know the magic incantation needed to populate the REMOTE_USER environment variable when using mod-auth-gssapi?
I have an apache server that logs people in, but nothing is made available to the application…
