HI All,
There is an interest in our department in getting some more Analytics
training.
We currently rely on our web team to access analytics data for us, and
we then use these to add another dimension to understanding our
audience.
We use analytics as part of our data for both summative evaluation of
websites, and prototype testing of web applications.
Do any of you have any experience of interpreting analytics to
understand visitor behaviour in the context of evaluating learning,
rather than marketing?
And/or could you recommend anyone who might be in a position to provide
some training, or at least enter into a discussion with us on what can
be considered valid interpretation of this type of data?
Many Thanks
Jane
