I wouldn't its fairly short range, and it just makes it more of a pita for
people to connect and something else to manage. The only reason you might
do it is to have a sign up to harvest contact details.

you want something thats unlimited to avoid a nasty surprise

you do need to think about securing it from the rest of your lan, and
blocking unsavory sites. As well as some management to look at traffic, and
possibly ban the odd mac address, or site.
