Hi Tim,
Ours have fallen by over 10% due to a fall in gross profit and a small rise
in expenses, plus we took too much out last year. There was not one obvious
thing, all sorts contributed.
This has prompted me to resign and take my pension this year.

Subject: Practice drawings
Hi,
Our partner drawings look like they are down 20-30% on last year. We know
some of the reasons such as locums, maternity etc. I am aware there is some
national debate about GP cash flow though this does seem to be divorced from
GP on the ground at the moment.
Does anyone have a firm handle on what things are "known" to be messed up
and are in the pipeline of being sorted etc, so I can concentrate on looking
at the local issues, or do I now work for a brewery?
