Hi FSL-team,
We have a question about our resting-state analyses (seed-based). We cleaned the data first with FIX and then used FEAT to do the seed-based resting-state analyses.
In these analyses, we first did a within-group analyses for both groups separately (at p < 0.001).
With cluster, fslmaths and fslmeants we were able to create clusters and extract the values from the significant ROIs.
However, looking at these numbers, they are actually very low.
This is an example of some subjects for one cluster:

0.00000447850933
0.00000426131769

We used the thresh_zstat files. Is this correct? In my prior work I had higher number (between 0.1 and 0.5), so is this normal?
Thanks!
Heidi
