Subject: The Stuart Hall Project - (cultural, media, communication, film, digital media, gender, politics, history, queer, race, african american, literature studies)
Dear Friends,
Apologies for cross posting. I wanted to let you know that my film on the Cultural Studies icon, Stuart Hall, that played at Sundance<http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/review/stuart-hall-project-sundance-review-415792> last year will be available for purchase soon. If enough of you pledge to buy - either through your library or department - it would contribute enormously towards helping us pay for the considerable archive cost involved in using eighteen Miles Davis tracks and over a hundred minutes worth of television archive material.
Help me make this important documentary's availability a reality. Hope I can count on your support. Please feel free to mail us on the address below to let us know if you are interested and feel free to share this with anyone you feel may have a standing interest.
