The ERC funded ADAPT project offers two PhD scholarships worth £16,400 each with EU fees paid. One will study the development of sound recording in television since the early 1960s; the other the transition from analogue to digital editing. Please encourage any student interested in technological history to apply. More details can be found at http://www.adapttvhistory.org.uk/two-fully-funded-doctoral-studentships-in-television-history/.
My apologies for cross-posting, but it's very rare to have such an offer to make!
