The following are good systems suitable for 'small' libraries that I
evaluated in a recent project. Without knowing what the budget is it's hard
to know if these will meet your needs:-
. Applied Network Solutions (UK) Ltd
. Bailey Solutions
. EOS International
. IS Oxford
. PTFS-Europe (supports Koha open source)
. Softlink
. Soutron Ltd

Subject: Re: Library Management system for small organisation in the
voluntary sector
Dear All,
A few people have asked if I can share the responses received to this
question so here they are:
Library Master (see http://www.balboa-software.com/)
LibraryThing
LibraryThing is basically a social media site for book lovers, but it lets
you catalogue your personal collection (borrowing records from the Library
of Congress and so on--I think also the British Library), and has been used
by some small institutions as well. I believe you have to pay a fee to use
it now, but I think it's pretty nominal for small nonprofits, though the
size of your collection is limited. Also, they don't include a circulation
system . All they offer is a catalogue that staff or volunteers can add
records to, and users can search via the web.

and for information on "organizations" using LibraryThing:

Several people suggested open sources LMS Koha: http://www.koha.org/
Other systems suggested were:

http://biblio.en.softonic.com/
Ex-Libris also contacted me about Alephino - their product specifically
geared towards the needs of small, special libraries
Best wishes
