Dear FSL experts,
I am having trouble when I try to do a partial analysis of poststats only. I need to do this as I need to insert a custom registration into my FEAT analysis. However I get this error on my command line when I select my FEAT directory (I had run a full analysis first) and run First-level, Post stats only option.
cp: old/design.lev: No such file or directory
while executing
"fsl:exec "/bin/mkdir -p old ; /bin/mv design* old ; /bin/cp old/design.fsf old/design.png old/design.lev ." -n"
invoked from within
"if { $done_something == 0 } {
if { ! $fmri(inmelodic) } {
if { $fmri(level) == 1 } {
#{{{ FEAT first-level analysis
for { set session 1 } ..."
(file "/Users/mariamsood/Work/Applications/fsl/bin/feat" line 207)
Placing a dummy design.lev in the directory doesn’t help either as it then complains about not finding prob_mask_*, fstat* and zfstat* files.
This is my first fMRI analysis. Apologies if I am doing something very silly.
Please advice.
Many thanks,
Mariam.
