Things can always be manufactured but they tend to be custom made for the individual situation.
You do of course need the resources of time, engineering capability and funding.
It does of course depend on their access method.

Hi all
Does anyone know of any kind of cover or weather protection available for devices mounted to wheelchairs that would keep the elements out of the electrics but still allow use when people are out and about in this blinking dreadful weather?!
