Anoop,
if you search the list archives at
https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?S1=spm for the error message
you encounter, there are 27 hits. Most suggest you make sure to remove
all traces of possible older analyses that might confuse spm, make sure
that all data is available for all subjects, check the mask image in
order to make sure there is enough overlap between subjects, look into
defaults.fMRI.stats.ufp, etc. To paraphrase myself, "in a way, this
error tells you something is wrong with the dataset", so checking data
and data quality should be the first thing you may want to look into.
Cheers,
Marko
