Hello: apologies if this question has already been asked.
I am trying to run the Dartel initial import routine on SPM12b.
I am importing the *seg8.mat files generated by the SPM12b (new)
segmentation, rather than the *seg_sn.mat files produced by older
segmentation routines.
The initial import fails on line 25, when it tries to load the
tissue-probability maps because it looks for them inside a VG struct
which was part of seg_sn.mat, but not of seg8.mat.
I figure line 25 should be changed from
tmp = strvcat(p(1).VG.fname);
to
tmp = strvcat(p(1).tpm.fname);
however, when using the updated line 25, line 26 ("p(1).VG =
spm_vol(tmp);") produces an awkward results: it loads the volume
definition for the entire set of six TPMs contained in TPM.nii six times:
p(1).VG(i+6*n) equals p(1).VG(i+6*m), where n= any of [0:5] and m= any
of [0:5].
Should the Dartel import work correctly if I update the content of
seg8.mat so as to include a VG variable that indices the first three
TPMs inside TPM.nii (grey,white,CSF)?
Cheers,
Bruno
