Hangman's Hill Iron Mine - 1866-67 - Captain John Harper convened first meeting at Rising Sun, Barnstaple, his address was West Down - MJ 6th July 1867. There's no mention of any operations.
Quote from 'New Combmartin Silver-Lead Mine' from MJ 6th Feb 1864
"...There were nine lodes, of which four coursed roughly east and west. Shagrey ([Sugary] Quartz lode, Cliff Quartz lode, Crown lode, and Outer Holes lode. Vivington’s lode, Wheel Path (Wheal Path or Park) and Old Combmartin lode coursed from north-west to south-east, while Little Hangmans lode coursed north-east to south-west and Capel lode coursed a little north of east and ran caunter to Outer Holes and Crown lodes. In addition, a map published in the Mining Journal in February 1864 noted nine cross-courses."
Sorry I can't be anymore specific on your query Trevor
