2nd request of the day. We currently use a combination of outlook and a labour intensive manually-updated sharepoint list for gathering enquiry stats, but it isn't great and takes a good deal of time - especially to generate decent reports from. (Note all our enquiries come internally - we are not client facing).
Is anyone using any enquiry management software that tracks all enquiries as a case/incident etc., allows easy reporting on time spent, who has been involved, status (open/closed), time taken to close, resources used to complete enquiry and that they would recommend?
Ideally the tool will also allow for categorisation of enquiry, and select sources used to answer the enquiry.
The tool would probably need to integrate with our intranet (Sharepoint) and possibly our CRM system (salesforce).
