Dear Gabor,
This mask, like any mask in the MNI space, is subject to uncertainty and some error. So things like this do happen. If it is a big problem in your images then you might want to use a different mask or transform it with a non-linear registration. This will require some manual coding, but isn't too hard to put into the sienax script.
