Hi FSL users,
I am interested in getting streamline counts from my seeds_to_{target} outputs to compare across groups. I had thought fslstats seeds_to_{target} -V would give me the streamline counts, but they are merely voxel counts and will include voxels that contain any number of streamlines. Now the fslstats -M will give me the mean of the streamlines from those voxels, but is this value regarded as the "streamline counts"?. Will the statistics from fslstats -V and fslstats -M be sufficient to infer streamline counts or are there other measures that quantify connections between two gray matter regions using probabilistic tractography?
Thanks,
Zhong
