Thanks Mark, I will try VBM also, but let me refine my question for SIENA.
In the SIENA report, there is the "Final brain edge movement image" that show the regions that have undergone atrophy (in blue) and the one that have undergone "growth" (in red) and after that the Estimated PBVC.
I guess that this PBVC value represent the summation of total atrophy and growth (with a negative value representing an overall atrophy and a positive an overall growth?). But is it possible to have separately the atrophy value and also the growth value?
(e.g.: if I am right, you can have a PBVC of -0.7 that might comes from a -1 atrophy and a .3 growth, or a -50 atrophy and a 49.3 growth. The final result might be the same, but the amount of overall brain modification is very different)
Please correct me if I am wrong, if not, is there a way to obtain those 2 values?
