Hi Courtney
I am a bit confused, how do you use qboot to get FA distributions? There is no DTI model in qboot to bootstrap.
Do you use an ODF model with a low harmonic order, save the bootstrapped spherical harmonic coefficients and then get an ODF variance estimate on the sphere for each sample?
Cheers

We have bootstrap samples for the same subjects, pre and post- condition, and want to permute the original bootstrap samples of FA-pre and FA-post at each voxel location. The output would be a test statistic at each voxel. Any guidance on how to set up the permutations and if I can use randomise to do this?
