Hi,
I would like to obtain a N x N connectivity matrices with probtrackx2 when:
- seeding from white matter
- having for targets N regions in grey matter (the target file contains a different intensity for each of the N regions)
I thought that the command to do such was:
probtrackx2 -s merged -m brainmask.nii.gz -x seed.nii.gz --omatrix3 --target3=target.nii.gz --nsamples=10
But then fdt_matrix3.dot is several Gb... clearly not my N x N matrix with total fiber count per pair of regions.
Then what is the format of fdt_matrix3.dot (why so big?) and what would be the best way to obtain the N x N connectivty matrix with WM as seed and N regions in GM as target?
