It is likely a global effect. Do you have any tips on the best way of reporting it? Is there a way to extract the labels of all the affected areas?

Hi Andrew,
If you ruled out other possible causes, maybe it's just that you have
indeed a global effect. If you aren't interested on it, maybe you can
consider using a global measurement of FA as a covariate.
