I have to agree with Steve -
It doesn't sound like an unreasonable time to spend on a report - which does not just involve reading 18 pages like it is a newspaper and accepting the written words. It tajes time to orientate oneself with the site in question and interrogate the various aspects of the report such as hydrogeological assumptions, calculations and conclusions. All in all, if you get it back after a day's review I would be inclined to believe this would be quite satisfactory indeed.
It is nice to know that SKM are confident they can carry out Groundwater DQRA reviews in 1/2 a day and we should expect to be charge for only 1/2 a day's time for the task - it might be something which we explore to save time & money ourselves ;-)
