Hi Zheng,
It uses both: together with rlnDefocusAngle RELION does a fully
astigmatic CTF correction (of both phases and amplitudes). Therefore, as
long as you estimate your astigmatism accurately, your images being
astigmatic should no longer be a reason to discard them.
