Hi David,
looks like the timestamps of the configuration files are wrong (so
autoconf is trying to regenerate them using autoconf, which naturally
fails). Could you look at the make.log and make.log.err files in
thirdparty/fsf/autotools/autoconf and either send them to me, or try to
make sense of them yourself.
Bit of background. The timestamps of the various built components should
be updated by the bootstrap script in thirdparty/fsf/autotools/autoconf.
