Hi Joanne,
We have taken the same approach to this issue as with mobile phones and request all students to remove their watches and place them in a plastic container, which is then stored underneath their desk. We have updated our regulations accordingly.
This January is the first time that this has applied and we have had no issues implementing this so far.

Please note that Middlesex University's preferred way of receiving all correspondence is via email in line with our Environmental Policy. All incoming post to Middlesex University is opened and scanned by our digital document handler, CDS, and then emailed to the recipient.
