Hi SPM Users,
I have been using the SUIT toolbox, and wanted to put some ROIs into individual subject space, and as such have been attempting to use the suit_reslice_inv function. The initial isolation and normalization steps have worked perfectly. However, when running the inverse function, I keep running into an error as follows:
Running job #1

Running 'Reslice into individual space'
SPM8: suit_reslice_inv (v2.5) 16:54:29 - 02/12/2013

Of note, I'm using SPM8, and for now I've been testing through the GUI before putting together my batch scripts. I've tried googling the error, but haven't found any results that are especially applicable based on examples I've found (not neuroimaging data). I've also confirmed several times that I'm using the correct files, etc. Thank you in advance for any advice you may have.
Best Wishes,
Jessica
